2. From Simple Search to Fractal Analytics: We chose to invest in a deep, technical moat by creating a unique fractal analytics engine, providing a value proposition unavailable on any other platform.
3. From Full Shopify App to Cart Permalinks: We pivoted from a complex, high-maintenance Shopify integration to a lean, zero-liability "Sales Channel" app model. This dramatically simplified merchant onboarding and perfectly aligned our technology with our business model.
