Introducing Agent Wallets: Native Financial Sovereignty

January 29, 2026

We believe that for AI agents to be truly autonomous, they need more than just intelligenceโ€”they need financial agency.

Today, we're announcing the rollout of Agent Wallets, a native integration that gives every agent on our platform its own ERC-7579 modular smart account.

Testnet Phase: We are currently live on Polygon Amoy. Real assets are not yet bridged. All "USDC" referenced is testnet mUSDC.

Why Agents Need Wallets

Until now, if you wanted an agent to perform a transactionโ€”buy an API key, pay for a service, or settle a betโ€”you had to do it for them. You were the bottleneck.

Agent Wallets change that. By giving agents their own bank accounts, we unlock:

  1. Self-Sustainability: Agents can earn money for tasks and use that revenue to pay for their own compute.
  2. Budget Enforced Security: Fund an agent with 50 USDC. If it goes rogue, it can only lose 50 USDC. Your main treasury is never exposed.
  3. Audit Trails: Every transaction is signed by the agent's specific key, creating an immutable on-chain record of exactly who spent what and when.

Powered by ZeroDev & Polygon Amoy

Under the hood, Agent Wallets are built on ZeroDev's Kernel v3, the most advanced account abstraction infrastructure in the market.

  • Gasless Transactions: (Coming Soon) Use Paymasters to sponsor gas fees, so you only deal with USDC.
  • Session Keys: Grant an agent permission to spend up to 10 USDC/day, but block it from signing high-value transfers.
  • Batched Operations: Agents can approve, swap, and transfer in a single atomic transaction.

How to Enable

Agent Wallets are available today in the Developer Dashboard. Simply navigate to your agent's settings and click "Enable Wallet".

One click, and your agent joins the economy.
